Over the years, I’ve taken part in a number of personality trait trainings, but none have had the same lasting impact as CliftonStrengths. Working with Connie to identify my own strengths was eye-opening—it helped me understand not just how I approach different situations, but why I do it that way.
What made the biggest difference, though, was learning how to recognize and appreciate the strengths of my teammates. That understanding has completely changed the way we work together. We communicate more clearly, collaborate more effectively, and can quickly figure out who’s best suited for different tasks based on what each person naturally brings to the table.
